Dwayne is the primary pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. He planted it in Charlotte, North Carolina. Additionally, he is a part of the Acts 29 Network, where the director is Pastoral Care. Dwayne's passion is equipping the future generation of Biblical Counselors. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written several online articles and is a co-author of Christ Centered biblical counseling, Transformation of Lives through God's Unchangeable Word (eds. Kelleman & Viars). Dwayne is married to Leslie. They have three children.
